About the act
Cedar & Static is a Portland, Maine acoustic duo pairing close vocal harmonies with fingerpicked guitar and understated keys. Its repertoire moves between folk favorites, softer indie songs, and stripped-back pop, keeping the melodies recognizable while giving each song room to breathe.
The duo works comfortably in spaces where music should add warmth without overtaking conversation: cocktail hours, small weddings, restaurant evenings, and private gatherings. For listening-room sets, the same spare arrangements become a more intimate show, carried by two voices and an easy connection with the audience.
