Terms of Use
Effective date: to be set at launch.
These terms govern your use of americanartistalliance.com (the “Site”), operated by American Artist Alliance legal entity name (“American Artist Alliance”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them.
What the Site is for
The Site describes our live-music booking services and lets artists apply to our roster, buyers send booking inquiries and vendors send partner inquiries. Bookings themselves are governed by separate written agreements, not by these terms.
No guarantee of bookings
Submitting an application or inquiry doesn't create a booking, an agency relationship or any obligation on either side. We decide at our discretion which acts to add to the roster and which inquiries to take on. Fees, dates and other terms apply only once they're agreed in a signed agreement.
Your submissions
- You confirm that what you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including music, video, photos, logos and EPK materials.
- You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy and share your submitted materials to review your application and to propose your act to prospective buyers and partners. You keep ownership of your materials. Confirm scope and duration of this license.
- Don't submit anything unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful, or anyone else's personal information without permission.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site: no scraping, spamming, probing security, interfering with its operation or impersonating anyone.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona (confirm), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue / dispute resolution clause.
