American Artist Alliance

For artists

Band booking for acts that deliver

We book tribute bands, cover and party bands, and solo, duo and acoustic acts into paid shows. Send us your show. We'll find the rooms, work out the deal and get you paid.

How it works

Apply once. When a date fits your act, fee and travel radius, you get an offer you can take or pass on.

  1. Apply

Fill out the artist application: your act, your links, a live video, your song list, your fee range and your availability. Upload an EPK or one-sheet if you have one.

  2. Review

We watch your live video and check your details. If the act fits the rooms and events we book, you go on the artist roster. review turnaround

  3. Get booked

When a date fits your act, fee and travel radius, we bring you the offer: date, venue, set times, pay and load-in. You say yes or no.

  4. Get paid

Every booking comes with a written performance agreement, and we collect your W-9 before your first payment. payment timing + method

  • Clear, quick communication before and after the date.
  • Reliable transport and gear. Load-in on time, sets on time.
  • Flexible set lengths, from one 45-minute set to a full night.

How does American Artist Alliance get paid?

Commission or booking-fee structure

What kinds of acts do you book?

Tribute bands, cover and party bands, and solo, duo and acoustic acts. We aren't booking original-music acts right now.

Where are the shows?

Nationwide, starting with Arizona. Set your travel radius on the application and we'll only bring you dates inside it.

Do I need my own PA and sound?

Not always. Some rooms provide sound and some don't. Tell us what you carry and we'll match you to rooms that fit.

Do I need liability insurance?

Some venues and events require a certificate of insurance (COI). You can apply without one, but carrying it opens up more dates.

Why do you ask for a W-9?

We pay acts as independent contractors. A W-9 lets us issue the year-end tax forms the IRS requires, so we collect it before your first payment.

How long does review take?

Review turnaround. We reply to every application.

Is the roster exclusive?

Exclusivity terms

My lineup or links changed. How do I update them?

Email the artist team with your act name and what changed. You don't need to apply again.
