For concert series & presenters
Book a whole season
Community concert associations, arts councils, active-adult communities and city series: tell us how many shows, which months and the budget per show. We'll bring you a season of tribute, cover and acoustic acts that fit your audience, each one reviewed on live video, with one agreement per show and one person handling it from the first call to the last show.
What a season includes
Booked act by act, run as one season.
A season that fits
Acts chosen for your audience, your room and your budget per show, with dates that route.
Live video for every act
Your board sees each act perform before it votes.
One agreement per show
Fees agreed in writing, deposits that hold the dates, one contact for the whole season.
A show file for every booking
A poster file, social graphics and a short blurb for your season brochure and your box office.
Production if you need it
Sound, lights or a stage from hand-picked local vendors, at any scale, at reasonable prices.
Acts paid through us
You pay American Artist Alliance by check or bank transfer; we pay the acts. Our commission comes out of the act's fee, not on top.
How a season comes together
Four steps from first call to season signed.
Tell us
How many shows, which months, the budget per show and how your board chooses.
Shortlist
We send acts that fit, each with live video, show length, fee and the dates offered.
Choose
Your board picks. We hold the dates while it decides.
Season signed
One agreement per show, a season schedule, and a show file for each booking.
Questions presenters ask
Something else? Email booking@americanartistalliance.com
We already book through an agency.
Many series book from more than one source. We'll send you acts with live video and a fee for each, and you decide. Nothing changes with anyone else you book through.
Do you offer a season price?
Each act has its own fee, agreed in writing before anything is booked. A season costs the sum of the acts' fees, nothing on top. Our commission comes out of the act's fee.
Do your acts do a full theater show?
For a concert series we only propose acts with a theater-length show, a tech rider and promo files, and you see each one on live video first.
Can you help us sell tickets?
Ticketing stays with you. Tell us how you sell tickets, and every show file is made for your box office, your brochure and your local paper.
How do deposits work?
A deposit of 25% of each show's fee holds the dates, and the rest is due on show night. If we can't deliver an act or a replacement you approve, the deposit comes back within 7 days.
Our board needs to vote first.
We hold dates while your board decides, and we send everything the board needs: live video, show length, fee and the dates offered.
